The Rules Governing Your RollXO Account, Balance, Bonuses and Bets

These Terms form the agreement between you and Stable Tech N.V. for RollXO accounts, payments, games, sports, promotions, verification and support. Stable Tech N.V. is registered under 160129 at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao, and operates under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/161/0191. Read these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms and product rules before using real money.

1. Definitions and acceptance

Account is your player record. Real-money balance covers deposits and cash winnings. Bonus balance is promotional value subject to rules. KYC covers identity, address, payment and source-of-funds checks. Games includes casino products; Sportsbook includes pre-match and live markets.

By registering or using the site, you confirm that you accept these Terms. If a promotion has specific rules that conflict with general bonus terms, the specific promotion rules apply to that offer.

2. Eligibility and legal age

You must be at least 18 and meet the legal gambling age where you live. We can request proof and limit account actions during review.

3. Registration and account security

Provide accurate identity and contact details, create one account and keep the record current. Passwords and verification codes are personal. Notify us promptly about suspected compromise.

Do not share, sell, transfer or pledge the account. Do not allow another person to deposit, play or withdraw through it. Contact support from the registered email when access needs to be recovered.

4. Identity, payment and source-of-funds checks

We may request ID, proof of address, payment ownership, transaction history, a selfie or source-of-funds evidence. Documents must be current and unaltered. A withdrawal can remain under review for up to 72 hours during KYC. False evidence can lead to closure, void transactions and withheld funds where permitted.

5. Deposits and account balances

Use only a payment method in your own name. Third-party deposits, chargeback abuse and manipulation are prohibited. The cashier shows live limits. Published AUD routes commonly begin at A$30; Skrill, Neteller and Paysafecard begin at A$45.

Deposited money must be wagered once before withdrawal. Where money-laundering or payment abuse is suspected, the required turnover can rise to three times the deposited amount. RollXO is not a bank, pays no interest and does not provide a currency-exchange service.

6. Withdrawals

The minimum AUD withdrawal is A$30. Internal review normally takes 0–24 hours before provider processing. Card deposits may return to the originating card, with excess paid through an approved route. Method limits can divide a payment into instalments.

Standard weekly and monthly withdrawal ceilings are converted into AUD at the account rate shown in the cashier. VIP accounts receive higher ceilings. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full. Verification, fraud review, active bonus rules and payment-provider checks can affect processing.

7. Bonuses and promotions

Activate an offer before depositing. Rules can define minimums, match, spins, wagering, maximum stake, expiry, eligible games and withdrawal caps. General playthrough is 50x unless the offer states otherwise. Pokies normally contribute 100%; many table and live products contribute 5%.

Bonus abuse includes duplicate accounts, coordinated or opposite betting, delayed-round manipulation and ineligible repeat claims. We can cancel rewards, correct balances or close an account when abuse is established.

8. Casino game rules and technical records

Read the paytable, RTP, features and stake range. Accepted rounds are stored on the game server, whose record governs a display conflict. Malfunctions, incorrect prices or duplicate credits do not create a right to funds; we may void a round and correct the balance.

9. Sports betting rules

A sports wager is valid when the slip confirms acceptance. Its selection, odds, stake and market govern settlement. Live prices can change before confirmation. Event rules control postponed, abandoned, incorrectly priced or corrected markets.

10. Prohibited activity

False documents, multiple accounts, third-party payments, collusion, automated wagering, reversals, bonus manipulation, exploits and cryptocurrency Replace-by-Fee abuse are prohibited. We may investigate, restrict, suspend, close or report an account.

11. Responsible gambling and account controls

Gambling involves the risk of losing money. Use deposit, loss, wager or session controls where provided, or contact support to request a limit, cooling-off period or self-exclusion. A self-exclusion request must be respected across the stated period. Do not create another account to avoid a control.

12. Complaints and records

Send complaints through 24/7 live chat or [email protected] from the registered email. Include the reference, date and requested resolution. We review account records and escalate unresolved cases. Server and payment logs provide primary evidence.

13. Intellectual property, liability and third parties

RollXO names, software, logos and interfaces are protected. Use the site only for personal lawful play. We are not responsible for losses caused by your device, connection, disclosed credentials or external service. Valid gambling losses remain your responsibility.

14. Changes, severability and governing process

We may update these Terms when law, licensing, products or operations change. The latest date appears at the top. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue. Disputes connected with these Terms are handled under the governing process stated in the current official Terms, including arbitration provisions where applicable.
